Return Policy
LIBUR SAS, offers its customers the possibility of retracting the purchase according to Law 1480 of 2011, in article 47, during the first 5 business days after delivery of the product.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer you the possibility of returning the product within a period of 30 days from when it is reported delivered by the carrier.
If the product is not returned within the first 2 business days after the customer has been notified, it will be understood that the customer wishes to cancel the return and keep the product.
Please note that the following rules apply to all products that are returned :
1. The product(s) must be returned unused, in its original packaging and with all manufacturer's labels
2. All returns are examined one by one and the return will NOT be approved if the returned product is not in its original condition.
3. Please be sure to save proof of shipping. We do not accept responsibility for any products received damaged during shipping, MAKE SURE TO PACK THE PRODUCT IN SUCH A WAY THAT IT IS PROTECTED AGAINST ANY DAMAGE
5. Transportation costs for both main shipping and product return are assumed by Libur . Unless the reason for return is not valid, in this case the buyer will assume all transportation costs.
6. IMPORTANT Returns: Do not return your product(s) without first contacting our customer service. We will indicate the exact address for returns.
7. The product must not be damaged or damaged due to customer actions.
8. Women's underwear, stockings and tops do not have exchanges or refunds.
9. No discounted items or items purchased with a promotional voucher can be returned or exchanged.
10. Once the good is returned, in the same conditions as it was delivered, the return will be made within the next thirty (30) calendar days.
11. In the event of not complying with any of these return policies , the customer must assume the transportation costs.

8. You must prove the real identity of the person who made the purchase.
Guarantee
Please note that the following rules apply to all orders subject to warranty :
1. The deadline to request it is thirty (30) calendar days from the date of purchase. Unless there is a broader warranty granted by the manufacturer.
2. The warranty period offered by Libur SAS does not affect the supplier's legal guarantees and other rights recognized by the consumer in current Colombian legislation.
3. Promotional products have a guarantee, unless the customer was informed that the product is defective and has accepted it.
4. Once the warranty period has expired, the responsibility of the manufacturer and Libur SAS ends.
5. The client must present the claim verbally or in writing, without prejudice to the provisions of article 58 of law 1480 of 2011.
6. The damage must be reported, the product delivered to Libur and the date of purchase and identification number of the person who placed the order indicated.
7. The effectiveness of the warranty will apply when the product does not satisfy the quality or suitability conditions offered by the manufacturer or distributor, it covers manufacturing defects and does not apply to damages due to improper use of the same.
8. Exclusions: Products for personal use, Gift cards. Except that these articles present inherent quality flaws.
9. No claims will be attended to outside the warranty period granted by the manufacturer and/or Libur, which will begin from the date of receipt of the product.
The warranty does not cover:
-Wrong use
-Stains, tears or depigmentation.
-Damage due to forced use
-Improper washing
-Normal wear or use
-Accident damage
-Modifications by third parties
-Bad laundry practices
If the client meets all the requirements and the product does not allow repair or is damaged again once fixed, then according to the terms of article 12 of Law 1480 of 2011, the client can choose a refund or exchange of the product.
Important: Due to the exclusive characteristic of some garments, where the supplier sends Libur SAS a very limited quantity of product, it is possible that the exact same product will not be found at the time of the exchange. In these cases the customer can request a refund or exchange for a different product.
Disclaimer
It is possible that when a customer makes an online purchase, having a physical inventory and several sales channels, this is made simultaneously with another purchase of the same item, so all sales are subject to prior validation of the inventory.
In the event that an order for a product is finalized without stock, Libur SAS will do the due diligence to corroborate which order was generated first and cancel the other, also informing the client of the reason for its cancellation and returning the money to their in full by the same payment method that was initially made, thus leaving no additional responsibility.
